A Romantic, Private Dinner for Two 

After a day of wine tasting or hiking, would you prefer to settle in for an intimate evening with your loved one, instead of going out for dinner?  If so, set up a private dinner here at Airwell with culinary chef, Jarrett Manges.. He will prepare and serve a delicious, gourmet 3-course dinner for you to enjoy in the comfort of your cottage, room, our library, patio, or porch.
 
A St. Louis native and L’Ecole Culinaire graduate, Chef Jarrett Manges lived in New Orleans before relocating to the Northern Virginia / Washington DC area in 2012. Having spent 15 years in the fine dining industry in St. Louis, working under world-renowned chefs such as Chef Pierre Chambrin and Chef Phillipe Rispoli, Jarrett then moved to New Orleans to learn Creole and Cajun cuisines.  After moving to Lovetttsville, VA , Jarrett worked as Sous Chef under award-winning Chef Christopher Edwards at Patowmack Farm. While Gulf seafood was not so easily accessible, Jarrett learned to love the bounty from the Cheasapeake Bay as well as from local farmers in Loudoun County.
